By using DrawersOnline you agree to the following terms.

Account eligibility

DrawersOnline is a wholesale supplier for the trade. Accounts are intended for businesses, and new accounts are reviewed by our team before wholesale pricing unlocks. By creating an account you confirm that you are signing up on behalf of a business and that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders

Drawers are custom-built to the dimensions and options you specify. We are not responsible for measurement errors - please confirm sizes before checkout. Once an order moves into production we cannot offer a refund.

Payment

Credit-card orders are authorized at checkout but charged only when production starts. Check payment is due before production unless we agree otherwise.

Shipping & pickup

UPS Ground for all US destinations. Local delivery and pickup are available for Connecticut customers only.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a drawer arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days and we'll repair or replace it. We don't cover wear and tear, modifications, or installation damage.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected drawer(s). We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
