DrawersOnline is a wholesale drawer-ordering website operated by Top Line Woodworking LLC, 158 Industrial Dr, Southington, CT 06489 ("we," "us"). This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have over it. It applies to the drawersonline.com website.
What we collect
- Account information you provide: name, company, email address, phone, billing and shipping addresses.
- Order history.
- Payment-method tokens stored with Stripe - we never see or store your full card number.
- Server logs: IP address, request path, error stack traces (for debugging only).
How we use it
- To fulfil orders and ship drawers to you.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets).
- To debug issues and prevent abuse.
We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not collect, use, or sell personal information to train artificial intelligence systems or large language models.
Retention
We keep server logs for at least 30 days and order records for at least 7 years (to meet tax requirements). These are minimums - we may retain information longer at our discretion. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we dispose of it within a reasonable time.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers that let us run the business, and only with the data each one needs to do its job:
- Stripe (payment processing) - name, email, billing address.
- Mailgun (email delivery) - name, email address.
- UPS (shipping rate quotes and order delivery) - name, shipping address, phone.
These providers are contractually limited to using the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not run advertising trackers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How we keep it safe
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the sensitivity of the information we hold. These include limiting access to personal information to people who need it, encrypting data in transit, relying on Stripe so that full card numbers never reach our systems, and reviewing our safeguards as the business changes. No system is perfectly secure, but if a security breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you access to it.
- Provide a copy of the personal information you gave us, in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your account and the personal information we hold about you.
Because we do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling, there is no such activity for you to opt out of - but if that ever changes, this policy will be updated and an opt-out offered first.
To exercise any of these rights, email office@drawersonline.com. We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time we will tell you why and may extend once by a further 45 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal that decision by replying to our response - we will answer the appeal within 60 days. Connecticut residents who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an appeal may file a complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General at portal.ct.gov/ag.
